Alfa Priliana is a dedicated insurance professional and business leader with a strong track record that has excels in producing billion-unit leader. She has received several awards, including the MDIT 1 Star and Top Agent Awards AAJI 2018. In 2019, she excelled in the ASN Awards Billion Unit Club and multiple awards. Alfa also serves as the Business Development Advisor at BUSS Rich United, helping shape strategies and foster growth.

Beyond insurance, Alfa is the Founder and CEO of RIVYA Skincare, with over 15 years of experience. Her role at Cushman & Wakefield involved advising on retail leasing strategies, and she later led Indonesia mega gym and biggest seafood chain restaurant in Indonesia as CEO, focusing on teamwork and strategic vision.

Earlier in her career, Alfa contributed to multinational companies, giant FMCG company, and fashion, leading to the founding of ALBE Consulting.
